L300 Go, a Functional Elect. Stim. (FES) Dynamic Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis. Walk More Naturally with Speed, Stability and Confidence

The L300 Go system is designed to lift your foot as you walk, thus improving your gait pattern, making it smoother and safer. This device can also be used for knee instability and promotes muscle rehabilitation.

The L300 Go controls the amount of dorsiflexion and inversion/eversion precisely with just a single electrode. A new learning algorithm adapts to changes in gait dynamics. Movements are monitored in all three planes.

The L300 Go stimulates the affected nerves and the muscles that they control, and can therefore initiate dorsiflexion as well as knee flexion/extension. This has proven to enhance the individual's ability to walk unaided and therefore enjoy a higher level of independence.

Contraindications

  • Lower leg spasticity
  • Moderate to severe edema
  • Leg ulcers
  • Foot deformities
  • Instability of the ankle joint in M/L direction
  • Instability of the knee joint in A/P and M/L directions
